DAY ONE OF TREATMENT
Your first day of personalized addiction treatment with us will be your longest, but it will also be your most important. After registration and a health assessment you will meet one of our highly trained physicians. The physician will order laboratory tests specific to your diagnosis and treatment.
You will also meet with one of our licensed clinicians from the counseling department. He/she will evaluate you and schedule future treatment and therapy sessions.
SECOND VISIT
Your second day of treatment will begin with another health assessment and a follow-up with your doctor.
A member from our counseling department will meet with you to complete an individualized treatment plan, case management and introduce you to group therapy.

What Types of Insurance Do You Accept?
We accept most major types of insurance including: all forms of Medicaid, UHC, Cigna, and Commercial insurance.
What is the Best Way to Contact New Life medicine?
The best way to contact us during normal business hours is to call one of our substance abuse facilities. If you have a question after 5:00pm, feel free to submit an inquiry through our “Contact Us” form above. We will respond as soon as possible.
Do you accept patients with no insurance?
We do accept patients that do not have health insurance.
How Do I Make An Appointment?
The best way to schedule an appointment is to call the nearest facility to where you are located. If you have questions regarding transportation, and have health insurance, “please call the “member” number on the back of your insurance card. Medicaid does offer transportation for their members but you will need to call them to schedule your ride.
